Finance Manager
We are looking for a Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function at a Ukrainian game outsourcing studio working on complex international projects. In this role, you will lead our Finance team, oversee company accounting, and build financial strategy without heavy oversight. You will directly influence company profitability, budgeting, and commercial terms with vendors and US/European clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage cash flow planning, liquidity monitoring, client payments, and expense control.
- Organize and control payments across bank transfers, cards, crypto, and cash.
- Coordinate accounting across legal entities, including AR/AP, payroll, taxes, month-end close, financial statements.
- Prepare management reporting, analyze data, recommend actions, and document financial processes.
- Prepare and coordinate quarterly/annual budgets and forecasts for the company and departments
- Support project finance: contribute to rate cards, review/approve estimates (hours, team composition, rates, margin), and monitor project/client profitability.
- Coordinate relationships with banks and payment providers and support negotiations on commercial terms.
- Review financial terms of legal contracts (MSA, SOW, addendums) and optimize/automate financial reporting processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance, including 2+ years in a senior finance, FP&A, financial controlling, or similar role, ideally in IT/outsourcing/ out staffing.
- Understanding of Ukrainian legal specifics regarding sole proprietors (FOP), civil-law contracts, and currency control.
- + nice to have work with xero and UK entity
- Experience with budgeting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher for communication with international partners.
- Strong ownership mindset, ability to work independently, and readiness to gradually take broader responsibility for the finance function.
